Support staff in using established common language about equity and diversity to empower community stakeholders to find their voices in the effort by providing ongoing education.
Objective:
Students will be supported by community-school partnerships.

Designed “common language” training for all staff to ensure consistency and understanding of key terms and phrases.
Teachers and staff are working with the Office of Equity, Diversity and Opportunity to ensure that students “see themselves” in instructional materials, lessons, and activities.
