YAY KRISTINA NGUYEN! Kristina Nguyen a chemistry and biology teacher at Henrico High School, is today’s “Yay of the Day” honoree. Superintendent Amy Cashwell honored her recently at the school.
YAYWORTHY: Nominator Barbara Klenke said: “She develops strong, positive relationships with her students, She is a ‘printer-whisperer’ who spends many mornings coaxing our printers to work properly, she goes above and beyond to create a monthly newsletter for our I.B. program, and she is an effective, creative chemistry and biology teacher. Sometimes she goes out of her way to bake treats for teachers and staff, and try new recipes based on our feedback and preferences. Her chocolate chip cookies help me get through a tough day.”
