Henrico, Va., Sept. 29, 2022 — Crisp fall weather and nine high school bands — what better way to get your autumn on? Make plans to attend Henrico County Public Schools’ 2022 Band Showcase on Oct. 17 and take in performances by marching bands from all nine of the school division’s comprehensive high schools.
The event is free, but donations are being accepted at the gate for the Henrico Christmas Mother campaign. Meet Maria Bagley, this year’s Henrico Christmas Mother, and celebrate the 80th anniversary of this community program by bringing donations of canned goods; peanut butter; cereal; crackers; hats, gloves and socks; and monetary support.
Refreshments will be available for purchase at the event.
