YAY JESSICA KENNEDY! Jessica Kennedy, a life science teacher at Wilder Middle School, is today's "Yay of the Day" honoree! Superintendent Amy Cashwell honored her recently at Wilder.

"She always puts a smile on every student's face, makes the class laugh and makes the classroom enjoyable with fun experiments and goes above and beyond for us to learn and enjoy life science.
"When she allowed people that didn't want to eat the gummy bears (part of the experiment) because of their religion, she gave them Sour Patch Kids instead."
