There is nothing like the relationships that are fostered within the halls of Henrico County Public Schools. While schools are out this summer, it isn’t stopping HCPS from creating connections and delivering fun outside of school walls and into the community.
Join the HCPS Division of Family and Community Engagement for our 2024 Summer Tour, which will bring engaging, community-building festivities to various locations across Henrico County. Each of these events offer valuable opportunities to build relationships with your school community before the 2024-25 school year begins in August.
There will be plenty of games for guests of all ages, and HCPS staff will be on site to join in the fun and provide resources that can help families engage with their school communities and prepare their students for success in the new year. This includes music, lawn games, free books, STEM activities, giveaways and smiling faces who will connect families to helpful resources throughout HCPS. Both attendance and available resources at each stop in the Summer Tour are free.
