YAY TORRI ROBINSON! Torri Robinson, a school nurse at Harvie Elementary School, is today's "Yay of the Day" honoree! Superintendent Amy Cashwell honored her recently at Harvie.

“Nurse Robinson welcomes our students, parents and staff each day with a smile. She goes beyond her duties to ensure our school family is safe and feel supported. Students often want to visit her, not for medication or because they are ill, but because she shows them so much love and individual attention. She has been a beautiful addition to our Harvie family.
“We have a student that has experienced a lot of trauma and has great difficulty trusting others and developing positive relationships. Nurse Robinson sees the student each day and shared with the student that she is one of her favorites. This particular student could not wait to share with me what Nurse Robinson had shared. This student was beaming with so much pride and shared that Nurse Robinson is her favorite as well."
