YAY JAMIE SHERWOOD! Jamie Sherwood, an adaptive PE teacher at Colonial Trail Elementary School, is today's "Yay of the Day" honoree! Superintendent Amy Cashwell honored him recently at the school.

“Coach Sherwood goes above and beyond to make sure the students in our FIS class have fun. He makes a positive impact every time we see him. He is there to help out and ask us for ideas for our class."
Ann Gammon said,
“Coach Jamie brings out all the adaptive equipment every Tuesday and Thursday and makes PE a fun and inviting place for our kiddos with disabilities. He showed up to Challenger Day and assisted us in the fun."
Caroline Akins said,
“He has made PE fun for all of our kids and engages with all of them! He was on point at Challeger Day! So helpful!"
