YAY SUZIE HESTER! Suzie Hester, a Spanish teacher and director of J.R. Tucker's Center for Global Citizenship, is today's "Yay of the Day" honoree. Superintendent Amy Cashwell honored her recently at J.R. Tucker.

“She is kindness personified. She enters each day with a positive attitude and a kind word for all she encounters. She is selfless and always knows exactly when someone needs a small act of kindness. Whether it is a note on your door or a card to say that she appreciates you, Suzie is always thinking of others and lets them know it through her generosity.
"She recently stepped in to assist a Tucker family by connecting them with resources that directly resolved a challenging situation. Suzie is always thinking of others and lets them know it through her generosity."
