YAY LAURA VAN BYLANDT! Laura van Bylandt, an innovative learning coach, is today's "Yay of the Day" honoree. Superintendent Amy Cashwell honored her recently.

Nominator Jon Gregori said,
"Laura's organization and leadership in projects including Student Innovative Equipment Hubs, digital citizenship lessons and scaling #LifeReady presentations have impacted students and teachers countywide.
"Over the past summer, she went above and beyond her duties. She painstakingly worked through all the innovative equipment spread out across the county, meticulously inventoried it, restored it to its best condition, replaced parts and batteries, carefully labeled each piece and efficiently organized everything. This dedication resulted in the successful redeployment of these valuable resources to the three Student Innovation Hub locations. As a result, teachers and students all across the county now have seamless access to these deeper learning tools, thanks to Laura's tireless efforts."
