Sending responses in ParentSquare:
Beginning with the 2023-24 school year, parents and guardians can verify student absences using the ParentSquare mobile app, website or email. If your student is absent, you will receive a notification from school through ParentSquare. Parents and guardians have three options for verifying absences through ParentSquare using the instructions below. You can also verify absences by calling the school or sending a written note.
Send a response to a ParentSquare push notification:
- If logged into the app, the Alerts section displays, and the parent can submit a response.
- If not logged into the app, the parent must login to see the Alerts section.
- Enter and submit a response.
- Once a response is complete, you will only be able to see the response. You cannot edit or resubmit responses. If changes are needed, please contact the school.
Send a response through a text link or email button on a mobile device:
- Parent may need to login to the app or go to parentsquare.com through the mobile browser.
- If using the app, select Alerts (bottom).
- If using a mobile browser, select the menu (top left — three lines) and then select Alerts and Notices.
- Enter and submit a response.
- Once a response is complete, you will only be able to see the response. You cannot edit or resubmit responses. If changes are needed, please contact the school.
Send a response through a web browser on your computer:
- Log in to parentsquare.com through a web browser.
- Select Alerts and Notices.
- Enter and submit a response.
- Once a response is complete, you will only be able to see the response. You cannot edit or resubmit responses. If changes are needed, please contact the school.
Parents and guardians can also call the school or send a written note to verify student absences.
