HENRICO, Va., April 20, 2023 — Henrico County Public Schools seniors on the cusp of graduation will have the chance to return to their roots and explore their old elementary and middle schools as part of Senior Walk events across the county on Wednesday, April 26. The soon-to-be graduates will walk the halls of their former schools and retrace the paths that guided them through their time in Henrico schools.
Seniors from all nine of Henrico County’s comprehensive high schools will be represented in the morning event, starting the day at their respective elementary schools before visiting their middle schools. The Senior Walk is a unique opportunity for these seniors to reminisce and appreciate the places and people that laid the foundation for what came next. Current elementary and middle school teachers and students will also be there to congratulate the Class of 2023 seniors before they embark on the next steps in their lives.
