YAY SABINA LEVY! Sabina Levy, a retired HCPS staff member who works part time at Rivers Edge Elementary School, is today’s “Yay of the Day” honoree. Superintendent Amy Cashwell honored her recently at the school.
YAYWORTHY: Nominator Jackie Livesay said: “She will do absolutely anything to help the day be successful! Last week we were short of substitutes. Although Sabina was already subbing, she covered another class for the day as well. She was responsible for 48 students. Also, when Sabina is subbing, she always checks in with teachers during her planning time to see if there is anything she can do. If teachers do not need her assistance, she goes to the office and helps with anything she can. She not only deserves a ‘Yay of the Day’ but a ‘Cheer for the Year’!”
