HCPS technology support technicians assist students and staff members with their technology needs at HCPS schools, including managing and troubleshooting technology-related issues. Whether at the elementary or secondary level, TSTs provide daily on-site assistance with hardware and software at the school's help desk, or in classrooms and offices.
