Henrico County 2025 Benefits Open Enrollment
What you need to do:
Log into Employee Direct Access to review your current benefit elections and make any changes. (See instructions)
Enroll in the flexible spending account you would like. The 2025 health care FSA annual maximum is $3,200 with a $640 carryover. The 2025 dependent care FSA annual maximum is $5,000. There is no carryover for dependent care.
Open Enrollment Meetings
There will be two in-person Open Enrollment meetings for employees to meet with vendors and ask questions. Vendors include Anthem, Delta Dental, TASC, Pierce Insurance and Corebridge Financial.
