Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Omega Rho Omega Chapter in partnership with Henrico County Police Department (HCPD) is hosting a Teen Driver Seminar, Saturday, September 16, 2023, 10AM.
The seminar is an informative and interactive session where students learn how to engage with law enforcement during a traffic stop. It is important that our teen drivers are prepared, equipped and know what to do, and more importantly what not to do, when they see those flashing blue lights. The seminar provides the opportunity for teens to ask HCPD questions, participate in role play and obtain knowledge that offers confidence and promotes safety.
Middle and high school attendees earn two (2) hours of community service for attending the event.
