Prime Time Competitors

It will be hard to top the evening of April 17!

We would like to send a huge Thank You to the REES Community for supporting the Spring Festival and Silent Auction. The PTA committees started planning for these events in the Fall and due to their hard work and your support, they raised over $12,000 to fund PTA programs and events for REES. We truly appreciate all of the volunteers who helped to make both of these events successful. It was nice seeing so many REES families at the event and student volunteers as well. We look forward to continuing events such as this next school year.

Meanwhile, five of our 5th graders spent the evening competing at Primetime RVA! This event is organized to build students' life-ready skills. Groups of students from across the Richmond region participate in competitions that test their creativity and teamwork as they showcase solutions to real-life problems. We are incredibly proud of our Rivers Edge team! Special shoutouts go to Linden who finished in the top 4 for the evening as well as to Mrs. Francis and Mrs. Lizotte who coached this amazing group of young leaders. Way to go, Eagles!
