As we are sure our community agrees, the break in the weather has been amazing! Along with this came the onset of our School Safeties. What a great help it is to have so many helpful, thoughtful, conscientious 5th graders working along with us during arrival and dismissal! It is fun to see the younger students' excitement as they are guided along by their smiling Safeties. This week, we will add our Friendly Helpers and Green Team to the fun. We are blessed to have such great students and staff sponsors!

This also kicked off our WATCH D.O.G. program. Our first "Dads of Great Students" spent his day helping around the school and enjoying time with not only his daughter but students across all grade levels. He even helped in the office and celebrated with some students by handing out birthday pencils. We appreciate the support of our REES families!

As always, the classrooms were filled with exciting learning opportunities for our eagles. Our eagles are already working hard to improve their collaboration and communication skills! Meanwhile, Mr. Nott (our new school counselor), kept his students engaged with Game Day. It was a fun way for them to continue their discussions while working as teams...and shooting baskets for their group! We are so fortunate to have the Mrs. Game/Mr. Nott dream team!
