Henrico Workforce & Career Development

Signing Day celebrates and honors high school seniors who are entering the workforce directly after graduation. This event recognizes students who have gained industry credentials through the division's Advanced Career Education Centers and are committed to employment with local businesses. It mirrors the ceremonies held for student-athletes signing with college teams, emphasizing the value of career and technical education and the importance of skilled trades. This year, we had 65 students participate, with many who have already started working for their local employers and others beginning after graduation from high school. Congratulations to all our CTE students who are working to achieve their career goals!
