We are excited to announce our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conference Night, which is scheduled for October 25, 2023 from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM. This event is a valuable opportunity for you to connect with your child's teachers, discuss their progress, and address any concerns or questions you may have about their academic journey.
This year, we are offering both in-person and virtual appointment options to accommodate your preferences and ensure your convenience. You can choose to meet with teachers face-to-face in our school building or connect virtually through Microsoft Teams. Please carefully read the details below to ensure a smooth scheduling process:

Scheduling Your Appointments
In-Person Appointments: If you prefer in-person meetings, we kindly request that you stagger your appointments to allow for a smooth transition between different classes. Each appointment is scheduled for 10 minutes, so please consider this when selecting your time slots. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to ensure you make the most of your scheduled time.
Virtual Appointments via Microsoft Teams: For those who would rather meet virtually, we have set up appointments through Microsoft Teams. Virtual conferences will use Microsoft Teams and a link will automatically be created and emailed to you when you sign up for a VIRTUAL conference. You will receive a reminder email on January 12th; please save these emails so you have the necessary links to your scheduled meetings.
You do not need the Teams application for virtual conferences. When given the choice, you can choose to “Continue on this browser.”
Appointment Scheduling Process
To schedule your appointments, please follow these steps:
On the Henrico High School booking page (tinyurl.com/HHSPTC23), first select the appointment type: In-person or Virtual.
On the left, select the conference date - October 12th. This should be the only available date with a blue circle. If any other date is selected, the teacher will not receive a confirmation, and that appointment will be discarded.
On the right, under “Select Staff”, you MUST change the drop-down from “Anyone” by scrolling until you find and click on the Teacher’s name.
Selectable time slots that the teacher still has available will show. If they are already booked, that time slot will be missing from the list.
If the teacher is unavailable, please email the teacher directly to schedule an alternate time.
Choose the time of the 10-minute appointment that you desire. You will only see appointment slots that are still available.
Scroll down and type your Name and your email address (you will receive email reminders) and your phone number (if you would like a text reminder)
At the bottom, type your Student’s Name- this is important so that teachers are prepared to discuss your student.
You also have the option to provide additional information if you have particular questions for the teacher. Providing this information early will allow the teacher time to prepare the most efficient use of the limited time available.
Press the “Book” button
Repeat this process for each teacher with whom you would like to schedule a conference.
You will receive a confirmation email for each parent-teacher conference. SAVE the email(s). There will be a link at the bottom to “Change your appointment”, where you can reschedule or cancel.
If you choose a VIRTUAL conference, there will be a link to “Join your appointment” in an email that you will receive after booking. If you signed up for multiple virtual conferences, each conference will have a separate confirmation email with a unique link. Shortly before your conference appointment time, click on the link to begin your virtual meeting. At the appointed time, the teacher will join the virtual meeting.
Important Notes
Please make every effort to schedule appointments with all the teachers you wish to meet. However, if you have constraints and cannot meet with all teachers, please prioritize appointments with the most relevant subjects.
