Establish and provide ongoing support of Elementary Coalition and Secondary Equity Teams. These teams will be the driving force at the school level toward inclusion and equity for all students.
Objective:

Evidence 2021 – 2022
Facilitated training for staff equity teams in each elementary school, middle school, and high school to support professional learning efforts around cultural sensitivity and responsiveness in their schools and assist them with engaging in dialogue related to equity, access, and culturally responsive practices.
Developed and facilitated ad-hoc training and book clubs supporting issues of cultural responsiveness (sensitivity), daring dialogue, poverty, bias, etc.
