Back to School Night: Godwin will host Back to School Night on Monday, September 11th beginning at 6:30 p.m. with the first PTSO meeting of the year in the auditorium. After the meeting, parents and families will go to their child's homeroom/common study to get their schedule and a school map and then visit each of their child's classes for some time to meet their child's teachers. Please join us! Here is the schedule for the evening.

Student Afternoon Pick-up: Please pick up your child in the afternoon in the senior parking lot, which is the parking lot beside Pump Road by the stadium and neighboring woods with the separate entrance. This is important for our traffic pattern to work smoothly in the afternoons.
Student Parking: Junior and senior students are allowed the privilege to drive to school and park on campus. Each student and their family needs to complete the parking form and pay the $50 parking fee in order to receive a parking decal. We will begin checking parking passes the week of September 11th. Cars parked on campus without a parking decal will be ticketed and fined. College Visits: Godwin will host colleges and universities for common study meetings throughout the fall. Here is a link for students to sign up to participate in the meetings.
ASVAB Testing: The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) will be administered in the Godwin library on Friday, October 13th at 9 am (Day 2). Students in grades 10-12 who have a possible interest in the military or are interested in learning more about the skills they possess that may predict future occupational success may register to participate in this test free of charge.
