Kindergarten & New Student Registration
Please make sure you have completed registration information to avoid any delays in starting on the first day of school. All documents, including updated physicals must be turned in before class assignments can be made. Please contact Mrs. Briley, our register, to set up a time to drop them off.
2024 -2025 Kg Orientation and 1st - 5th grade Open House Event
Please join us on Thursday August 15!!! This is a great time to meet your teacher, unpack your school supplies, get your backpack tag, parent pick up cards, home/school communication folder, and pick up your 2024-2025 PTA School Supplies if you ordered them. If you are not able to make KG Orientation or Open House, please feel free to drop off your child’s school supplies between 7:30 – 3:30 Monday – Thursday beginning August 5th. Have them labeled and place your child’s name and grade level on the outside of the paper bag. We will deliver them to the classroom. Teachers will reach out to families during the week of August 12th.
Kindergarten Orientation Meeting - August 15th!!! 8:30 Kindergarten Orientation Meeting. Families will be visiting two stations during the hour.

1st – 5th grade Open House - August 15th!!!
Open House will be by alpha order to assist with parking and classroom space. Open House will conclude at 12:00.
10:00 = last name begins with A-G
10:45 = last name begins with H-M
11:30 = last name begins with N-Z
Online Forms
Henrico County will continue to utilize online systems to complete school division forms, including the Code of Conduct and Laptop/Charger Agreement. Forms will be available SOON in Powerschool. See access schedule below.
7/24/2024 at 9:30 A.M.-The PowerSchool Parent Portal opens to families for account creation and to complete back to school forms through Ecollect Forms.
8/8/2024-Online School Payment (OSP) opens to families to pay school fees.
8/12/2024 by 9:30 A.M.-Bus Schedules will display on the Transportation page in the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
8/12/2024-All student schedules (Elementary and Secondary) will display in the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
The form completion site, eCollect Forms, is free of charge and can be accessed using the parent portal within PowerSchool.
If you have not already registered in PowerSchool, please do. You will need your child’s 11-digit student ID number. This number is located on your child’s report card.

2024-2025 School Supplies
Please bring these items with you for Open House. Have extra school supplies??? Please donate them to our Cubs. We want every Cub to start off ready for success this year. We will place bins outside in the foyer for any extras supplies or new book bags.
Class Assignments
Official class assignments will be available Monday, August 12th after 9:30 for families to access through Powerschool. Please wait until that date before sharing with your child to ensure their assigned teacher has been finalized. We are currently enrolling students so changes are still taking place. Clever information may not be accurate at this time. Kindergarten Cubs will receive a letter in the US mail, but all other students should access information through Powerschool.
Bus Routes
We expect bus routes to appear in PowerSchool Parent Portal on Monday, August 12 (after 9:30am).
