PACE-PACE is an alternative pathway that serves overaged middle school students (14 by 8/18/25 and entering 8th grade). The program is designed to help remediate students to allow them to meet on-time graduation requirements. This unique program will provide students with small class sizes, faculty mentorship, and project-based learning. Students will also explore various career options through observations of the ACE Center programs on campus. If you are interested in your student applying for this (current 7th graders or 8th graders in danger of repeating) please reach out to your student's school counselor. Application deadline is May 5, 2025.

AVR- The Academy at Virginia Randolph (AVR) offers an alternative educational experience for Henrico County Public Schools (HCPS) students who benefit from a more personalized, engaging learning environment. AVR is designed to support students by providing smaller class sizes, enabling teachers to tailor instruction to each student’s unique needs. This approach fosters stronger student-teacher relationships and encourages a positive, professional atmosphere that nurtures student interest in learning and aims to support on-time graduation. This program is for rising 8th graders and 9th graders. If you are interested in this program, please let your student's school counselor know. The deadline to apply is April 15, 2025.

Summer Programs- Summer CTE camp opens for registration on Monday, March 17th. See the flyer for more details. Please register your student early because the programs fills up quickly!
