  • Domino’s Peanut/Egg Allergen Statement

    To Whom It May Concern:

    Reference: Peanuts, Peanut Oil, Tree Nuts, and Eggs

    There are no peanuts, peanut oils, tree nuts or eggs in our pizza crusts, pizza sauce, pizza cheese or pizza toppings. Eggs are present in blue cheese, ranch dressings/sauces, garlic parmesan sauce, Chocolate Lava Crunch Cakes, Marbled Cookie Brownies and dipped chocolate cookies.

    Domino’s stores are only allowed to purchase products from approved suppliers. More information can be found at:

    Some products are manufactured in facilities that also handle peanuts and tree nuts. In these instances, approved suppliers use facilities which are GFSI and HARPC certified and follow strict allergen control procedures to reduce the potential for allergen cross-contact. Finished product is shipped to Domino’s stores in clearly marked, pre-packaged containers.

    While stores are trained to do their best at preventing cross-contact between items, all Domino’s pizzas and menu items are prepared in common kitchens within the stores; and even as clean as they are kept, there may be trace amounts of allergens present. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that pizzas and menu items made at Domino’s store locations are entirely allergen free.

    Re:  Domino’s Pizza Food Safety

    To Whom It May Concern:

    Domino’s Pizza, LLC insists on the highest food safety and quality standards in the industry. These endeavors are managed through a “three prong approach” that involves our supplier base, distribution centers and pizza stores.

    In order for our suppliers to maintain their approved status, they must supply Domino’s Pizza LLC, an updated letter of Pure Food Guarantee (PFG), an annually reviewed Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan and a Third Party GMP/Food Safety Audit that evaluates plant Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Pest Control procedures and HACCP to ensure that they are within accepted food manufacturing standards.

    Domino’s Pizza Supply Chain Centers are required to maintain yearly reviewed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that include GMP adherence, proper temperature and handling guidelines, and proper product rotation.

    Domino’s Pizza stores also adhere to strict written product handling requirements as well as temperature and time guidelines as outlined in the FDA Food Code.

    Both the distribution centers and the stores are subjected to at least one (1) annual internal audit that is reviewed and graded against their peers.  All cleaning, handling, and food safety procedures are available in written form in the Domino’s Pizza Manager’s Reference Guide (MRG).  The MRG is available online and is updated regularly.

    If the above stated Domino’s Pizza, LLC guidelines are not met, immediate corrective actions are required or termination of business is enforced.

    Copies of Domino’s Pizza in-store HACCP Food Preparation Flow Charts and our Glove Policy & Pre-Portioning Procedures are available for your review.

  • You may complete a 2017-18 application for Free & Reduced Price Meals online which will be available mid-August; this allows us to process your application faster and provide meals sooner. Online submission ensures confidentiality and eliminates the chance of lost applications. Free & Reduced Price Meals paper applications are also distributed to each student with their back-to-school packet on the first day of school. There is never a cut-off for applying; meal applications are accepted throughout the school year. Applications in other languages are available through the Virginia State Department of Education.

    Please complete the application using only one method: 1) Online application OR 2) Paper application.

    A new application must be filled out every year (unless the student is directly certified by Social Services). Only applications for the 2017-18 school year will be accepted. Upon receipt, processing can take up to 10 days.

    Only one application per household is necessary, which is good for the entire school year. The one EXCEPTION is Children in Group Homes – State regulations require that the Group Home Representative submit a separate application for each child in the group home.

    Remember, an application cannot be processed if:

    • Incomplete information
    • Missing a signature
    • Not a current school year application form
    • It is a black & white copy (Only COLOR copies are accepted by system)
    • It is faxed (system CANNOT accept faxed copies)

    Application approval is determined by GROSS INCOME RECEIVED:

    • WEEKLY

    Remember, the total income before taxes, social security, health benefits, union dues, or other deductions must be reported.

    Applications determined by factors other than income: SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) or TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) must include the seven-digit case number in order for a SNAP or TANF application to be processed.

    The reduced price for meals is 40 cents for lunch and 30 cents for breakfast. Once approved for meal benefits, your child is eligible for one (1) breakfast and one (1) lunch each full school day. A second breakfast/lunch meal and Ala Carte items are not included in the free or reduced price meal benefits. If these items are desired, your child will be charged full price.

    Eligibility for meal benefits is determined by federal guidelines. The USDA changes these guidelines annually. If you receive SNAP (food stamps) or TANF, your child will be eligible for free meals. PLEASE REMEMBER- Federal regulations require a new application be filled out each school year along with the SNAP or TANF case number.

  • Henrico County Public Schools provides breakfast and lunch options to all students. All meals are required by federal and state regulations to meet specific nutritional requirements. The meals that are provided must contain no more than 30% of the calories from fat, 10% from saturated fat, 0% from trans-fat, and must meet requirements for calories, protein, grains, vegetables, vitamins A and C, iron and calcium.

    Menus are available to students, parents and faculty members by visiting or by downloading our app “School Lunch by Nutrislice”. This app brings many features to the table such as readily accessible ingredients, nutritionals (including carb counts), and the ability to filter foods based on allergens.

    Meal Accounts:

    STUDENT MEAL ACCOUNT NUMBER – Henrico School Nutrition Services uses a computerized cash register system in all school cafeterias. All students are issued a permanent and unique (5-digit) student meal account number. This meal account number is used for the duration of the student’s academic career.

    PAYMENTS – Parents are encouraged to pay for student meals in advance. Advance payment allows the cafeteria to provide the most efficient service to all customers and minimizes the chances of students losing their lunch money.

    MYSCHOOLBUCKS – Student meals may be prepaid using our online program, This program allows parents to pay and replenish their student’s account using a personal credit or debit card from home via a secure internet site. Any remaining funds at the end of the school year are carried over to the next school year. This company charges a small handling fee for each prepayment. Please call their Customer Service at 1-800-479-3531 for further information.

    CHECK WRITING POLICY – School Nutrition Services will accept checks for the amount of purchase or for the prepayment of meals. Checks must be made payable to the school’s cafeteria. Only personal checks with preprinted name and address will be accepted.

    STUDENTS WITHOUT MEAL MONEY – Any student who has forgotten or lost their lunch money may charge up to $5.60 (price of two lunches), and no a la carte items will be allowed. The amount owed  is immediately due the following day. Students with an unpaid negative balance will not be eligible to charge again until their account is re-paid. The charge feature is discontinued two weeks before last day of school.

    NEGATIVE BALANCE ALERT – School Nutrition Services provides a courtesy email or voice mail reminder on a daily basis to parents regarding any meal account with a negative balance. You may also check student’s balance free of charge through

    RETURNED CHECKS POLICY – If your bank returns a check, only cash will be accepted at the serving line. The returned check amount must be repaid to School Nutrition Services office by cash or money order. Please note that there will be an additional $25 service charge applied at the time of repayment.

  • If your child has a disability, as defined under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the ASA of 1990, federal regulations require a parent or guardian to obtain a physician’s statement that identifies the following:

    • Your child’s disability and an explanation of why the disability restricts the child’s diet
    • The major life activity affected by the disability
    • The food or foods to be omitted from the child’s diet and the food or choice of foods that must be substituted.

    Food allergies and intolerances are considered a disability only if a life-threatening (anaphylactic) reaction occurs from ingesting the food item. Special requests for a child who does not have a disability, but does have a special dietary need, must be verified by a licensed medical authority (physician or nurse practitioner).
