Henrico, Va. July 30, 2020 — Henrico County Public Schools’ “Community Conversations” series continues Tuesday at 6 p.m. with an online panel of individuals and organizations working in our community to support HCPS students. “Community Conversations: It Takes a Village” is part of HCPS’ Family Learning Series workshops.

The virtual discussion series originated in response to global protests sparked by the May 25 death of George Floyd in Minnesota. Adrienne Cole Johnson, director of the school division’s Department of Family and Community Engagement, moderates the discussions.

Throughout the Community Conversations series, we’ve heard from Henrico County students, parents and staff members. For the fifth installment, we’ll feature voices of individuals and organizations working in our community to support HCPS students. The panelists in the virtual discussion will be:
