We serve Henrico families, and business is BOO-ming

Henrico, Va. Oct. 24, 2019 – Halloween is almost here, and, unfortunately, the Great Pumpkin isn’t going to bring you the job you want. Maybe it’s time to talk with Virginia’s sixth-largest ghoul division! It ghosts without saying that staying in an unsatisfying job is a grave error – one witch your mummy probably told you could haunt you for years.

Don’t settle for the career equivalent of dental floss and rocks when you could have giant-sized candy bars! Come talk with Henrico County Public Schools human resources and departmental representatives at a Halloween Day job fair at the brand new Fairfield Area Library (we promise – no tricks).

HCPS is seeking candidates for bus drivers, school nutrition workers and substitute teachers. We’re also looking for custodians at our schools in part-time, full-time and substitute positions. There is a particular need for full-time and temporary instructional assistants, as well as teachers in critical areas such as special education, Spanish, math, technology, family and consumer sciences, and career and technical education.

Applicants are encouraged to apply online in advance at www.henricoschools.us/careers.

Interested in driving a bus but don’t have driving experience? Qualified driver candidates will be paid as they train.
