An online version of the HCPS Policies and Regulations Manual is available to students, employees and the public by clicking the button on this page. If you are unable to access the online policy manual, you can request a copy of a specific policy by contacting the Policy and Constituency Services Office via email or at 804-652-3714.

The school division accepts recommendations for new or revised policies throughout the year. Stakeholders or interested citizens may submit their input for consideration by the School Board and HCPS staff to us via email.
