Make 2017 the best year yet by joining the Henrico County Public Schools family. The school division is seeking full-time and substitute bus drivers, along with substitutes for school nutrition workers. Members of the HCPS Human Resources, School Nutrition Services and Pupil Transportation departments will be at HCPS’ Central Office in eastern Henrico on Jan. 26 to talk with interested candidates.
Applicants are encouraged to apply online in advance at henricoschools.us/careers.
“For individuals with flexible schedules, driving a bus or working in one of our school cafeterias can be great jobs. If you want to earn extra money and enjoy working with students, come talk with us,” said Mary Alderson, human resources specialist.
Interested but lack bus-driving experience? No problem; if you’re a good candidate, HCPS will pay you while training to earn your commercial driver’s license.
When: Thursday, Jan. 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: HCPS Central Office/Eastern Henrico Government Center (Community Room), 3820 Nine Mile Road, Henrico, Va. 23223
