careers7Henrico Schools is hiring creative and dedicated professionals who believe that all children have “The right to achieve. The support to succeed.” We believe that every student is entitled to have a positive and productive learning experience, and our staff has the responsibility to support every student to achieve at his or her highest possible level.

Henrico County Public Schools is located in Henrico County, Virginia. The county surrounds the capital city of Richmond to the west, north and east. Henrico County is a great place to live, and HCPS is a great place to work.

The school division offers traditional learning programs as well as an array of programs to fit the needs of each and every student. We employ more than 6,600 staff and faculty members to support more than 50,000 students.

Our caring community, state-of-the-art facilities and the use of emerging technology are just a few of the many reasons to work for Henrico County Public Schools.
